I have always been health conscious, but when I started to notice changes in my Hormone Health I started to do my own research on how I can manage my hormones and diet. When I came across Vively, I realised how little I know about my blood sugar levels and how that may be impacting my hormones. Being able to monitor my blood sugar levels in relation to food and activities was an extremely exciting option I didn’t even know I had.
Vively has helped me learn about how my body reacts to specific foods and ingredients. There were some particular meals which I had previously thought were resulting in a spike in my blood sugar levels, however after using the CGM I realised it was due to meals I had thought were the safer and healthier options. Using the meal logging feature has resulted in me swapping ingredients to better manage my spikes.
I feel more confident with my health and the decisions I make. I now have a much deeper understanding of my body and feel educated to make data driven choices when it comes to meals and managing my hormones. I am relatively time poor and Vively is great for me as it is all in the one app, and has great articles that are recommended to me based off my specific data.
I feel so much more in control over my health after using the CGM and Vively app.
Having the baseline information about my body has been empowering for me, and given me the confidence to make small changes in my life to help control my hormones. I have already noticed a difference in my energy levels. I plan to use the CGM and Vively app multiple times a year to be able to check in on myself and see in real time how I am going.
