What initially led you to Vively?

I was wanting to know more about how my body reacts on the inside and in conjunction with specific foods and activities. I was searching for CGMs online and couldn’t find much in the Australian market that was be suitable for me.

How did you find Vively?

I was doing my own CGM research online as I had recently learnt the impact it can have on people looking to manage their energy levels and the real time insights it can provide. I was looking but couldn’t find anything in Australia that was what I was after. Then I stumbled across Vively online and had a look through website and realised it was exactly what I had been looking for.

How did Vively help you?

I found it very helpful for watching my energy levels . There were times where I would have an energy crash and I could go onto the app and look at why. These insights allowed me to better manage my energy levels throughout the day.

I also found it interesting how Alcoholic Drinks would change my blood sugar levels, and a direct impact on my energy levels.

What are some of the insights and knowledge that you gained from the experience?

The most insightful information I found was how important exercise after meals is. I noticed a massive difference in how my body would react after eating when I would go for a walk after a meal.

How do you feel after using Vively?

It put my mind at ease. There was a point where I thought I might have pre diabetes. I also now have a better understanding of how my body reacts to food and/or exercise.

A key reason I was keen to use a CGM was to use it as a preventative measure against other illnesses. I now have a better understanding on how my body reacts to food and exercise and how to manage daily activities to better myself.

Whats next for your health journey?

Since using the CGM, I have increased the amount of walking I am doing and have started counting my steps more consistently. I am currently not wearing any wearables or CGM, but potentially in the future to manage the afternoon decrease of energy that I is currently experiencing.
